I tried to add it back to the array but it goes back to faulty in less than a minute.
One day, the disk was marked as Faulty and then removed from the array. (There are another 23 disks in the rack, 24 in total.) The disk is a SATA 10 TB Seagate IronWolf (dev model ST10000VN0008) mounted in a server rack.
